Helton Cottage

For this project I was required to build a functioning floor plan from the existing porch and two rooms to fit my client and her two kids. I needed to consider the client profile as well as the budget when adding on, renovating and furnishing the house. Along with floorplans I needed to provide proposed furnished plans. My concept for this project was Claude Monet because of my client's love of art, and warm light colors. Monet has a knack for combining cool calming colors with warm colors to make a welcoming landscape.
