La Quinta Kennesaw GA

This La Quinta project initially was built as Wingate and required a soft property improvement plan. The La Quinta brand does not have a set program so this project was independently designed. The property had already made some updates prior to my work on the project. Due to this I had to work with the existing case goods, building layout, and finishes. Overall, I updated the layout, added an accent wallcovering, a few lights, softgoods, and artwork.
